Unfortunate circumstances brought us to Mr. Upson. Mr. Upson is compassionate, honest, informative, professional, etc. He always kept us informed with any updates, never ignoring our inquiries, Mr. Upson walked us through this appellate process step by step. Was never a time where he presented negativity. Always providing us with positive thoughts. I still can't say enough about his integrity. He will always be a part of our hearts!!

What a talented lawyer and after he won my case instead of just calling to tell me that he won. He gave me more good news. He said to me that he was done and I did not owe him anymore money. Ethics are everything. If you hire this guy your going to get the real deal. I would recommend him to any person that I care about and I have absolute confidence in him

Hired Attorney Keith W Upson

Mr. Upson gave me my life back, even when everything was pointing to me commiting a crime I didn't commit. He was truthful throughout the entire case, he was always upfront about the consequences of the choices I decided to make during the case. Even if things turned out different I would have still bren satisfied knowing that he tried and did what he could have for me. I have no regrets only thankfulness

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.

• Distinguished: An excellent rating for a lawyer with some experience. This rating indicates the attorney is widely respected by their peers for high professional achievement and ethical standards.

• Notable: This rating indicates that the lawyer has been recognized by a large number of their peers for strong ethical standards.

Lawyers who have received peer reviews after 2009 will display more detailed information, including practice areas, summary ratings, detailed numeric ratings and written feedback (if available). Details for individual reviews received before 2009 are not displayed.

Attorneys that receive reviews from their peers, but not a sufficient number to establish a Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Rating, will have those reviews display on our websites.
