My wife and I, coming from previous marriages and separate finances, homes, etc., called on Jonathan to assist us in creating a family trust. Since we had numerous questions it turned out to be quite a process. Jonathan guided us through the many options and scenarios with a considerable amount of patience. Although I'm based in Texas and my mother lived in Washington, Jonathan did a good job resolving some probate issues regarding inherited Florida property. He was very clear in explaining what was involved and keeping me posted while getting everything resolved successfully.
