Hired Attorney Ms. Cheryl Hastings

Being from out of state, we researched attorneys and Cheryl came highly recommended. We were working with a very difficult Home Seller, and she ensured that all of the terms and conditions in our contract were met. If the Seller had not met the terms, she also had the proper provisions in place for us to walk away and retain our earnest money. Furthermore, despite our bank not delivering the closing documents until the day of closing, Cheryl reviewed them all in great detail and identified two items of concern. It took three hours at the closing table but she was patient and very professional when raising her concerns and coming to resolution with the bank. Cheryl is an excellent attorney and exceeded all of our expectations.

Hired Attorney Mr. D Wickenden

Mr. D Keith Wickenden is a less than competent attorney in the Naples area. He enjoys believing he is an excellent attorney and he considers all the work he has done to be exceptionally valuable. He is unable to learn from his many mistakes and other local attorneys enjoy having him as an opposing lawyer on their cases. His billings are excessive. Hire Mr. D Keith Wickenden if all of the above meets your needs.

Hired Attorney Mr. Jeffrey Fridkin

Mr. Jeffrey David Fridkin is a very expensive attorney in Naples, FL that considers his every waking minute billable. He may over-promise to get a client, but he delivers the news to his client that he hasn't been successful with great style. He is impervious to feedback, criticism, or advise. Mr. Jeffrey David Fridkin knows a great deal and does not want any clients who don't see that. Hire him if this is your best option and you would like this sort of relationship with your attorney. Best to have unlimited funds as most of them will be wasted.

Hired Attorney Mr. D Wickenden

This is not the lawyer you want for any kind of non-trial representation. Once it begins clear to him that there is no chance for a big win--his default mode is to become passive and appeasing with opposing council--putting you in a position where you would be better off with no council at all. He also showed very little command of essential information, needing to be told several times the relevant facts. Being a good lawyer requires compassion, understating and commitment. Keith is incapable of all three.
