Coming from out-of-state, I was concerned about selecting a firm in the area that would adequately represent my interests in a residential real estate transaction. Having Mr. Goodwin as my representative gave me peace of mind that my interests would be protected by a knowledgeable, understanding professional who could guide me, with whom I could consult, and whose expertise I could rely upon if unanticipated issues arose. All of his staff were also quite helpful, accommodating and patient throughout the process.

We had a Trust issue that needed to be coordinated between Florida and New York for my 89 year-old mother. To make matters more complicated it was during the Corona Virus quarantine period and my mom was in the vulnerable age group. I explained all this to Mr Goodwin and he not only understood all the legal issues and executed them promptly and efficiently, but he kept me and my mom, as well as our lawyer in New York fully engaged and informed every step of the way. We thought his fee very reasonable for the work he did. In addition to his legal knowledge and efficiency, he and his staff treated my mom with utmost care and concern for her health throughout the whole process. I must say a word for his legal team as well. Natalia did an excellent job coordinating and communicating with us and she was very efficient and accurate in all the work in which she played a part. I would, without hesitation, highly recommend the Goodwin Law firm for any real estate, trust, wills or probate.

I needed some documentation within a short period of time. When I contacted (Matt) at Goodwin Law, P.A., he was readily available to address all my concerns. It took less than 1 week to obtain the documentation needed! All my phone calls were also returned same day. I very much appreciated Matt's knowledge, professionalism, and timeliness in his efforts. I would highly recommend this law firm!

Our entire process with Goodwin Law was fantastic! Matt is professional, attentive, and very informative. I was able to reach him anytime I had a question. Greisy was extremely helpful working on our file. Without her, it wouldn’t have went nearly as well. She was exceptional! Lauren handled our signing at closing and was awesome! We had such a positive experience with this law firm! I highly recommend Goodwin Law!

We moved to Florida from out of state and asked Matt to assist us in our estate planning. He was prompt and very well organized. We were very busy at the time and Matt conducted two meetings, one of preparation and one of completion. Every minute was well spent on its way to a successful outcome. We also had the occasion to engage Matt in two real estate transactions ... both went very well. We recommend Matt as a knowledgeable and sincere attorney who is a pleasure to work with.
