I reached out to Mr. Green in regards to a denied insurance claim that I felt hadn't addressed a key cause. After a 3 minute conversation, he requested all my documentation and $500 to review them. After 2 days, he felt the insurance company was right to reject my claim. I reached out to my insurance company after his decision to inquire, on my own, about the key cause that was never addressed. The insurance company realized their mistake and have since approved my claim. When I told Mr. Green what happened, he said he felt he was still correct and wouldn't refund my money even though the insurance company even admitted to their error.
