Do NOT use this firm for anything. Upon contacting office, a paralegal spoke to the attorney who was in a meeting and briefly told him what was going on with my problem. He informed her to tell me that he would call me as soon as he was out of his meeting. Long meeting. Days later and no call. The most basic and fundamental business ideology there is, and they are incapable of handling it. Do you really want a lawyer handling your problems when he can't even press numbers on a telephone key pad?
Attorney Joseph Odato is extremely impolite and arrogant.
I called to request a consultation and was sent an intake questionnaire via e-mail. I replied the same day with the completed questionnaire along with some legal documents I requested to have reviewed. I sent a follow-up e-mail two days later, which was two weeks ago yesterday. No one ever responded to me.
