After helping my Mother through the very difficult path of aging I knew I could not go through it for myself and my husband. The whole process, from finding the appropriate place to live to estate planning documents requires a professional team and Burzynski Elder Law is that team. They are so knowledgeable, professional and responsive that I can relax and not worry about those issues and the future. I truly believe any aging person or couple need Burzynski Elder Law
I had a wonderful experience she gave me valuable information and was available all the time. She has an extensive knowledge of guardianship along with Eldercare associates in her office provided excellent information and guidance as well.
My experience has been wonderful and I highly recommend them. They are definitely the "Go To" elder law group in SW Florida. Knowledgable, professional and compassionate, both Dan and Jill Burzynski have years of experience and understanding in the elder law arena.
Working with the attorneys and the professional staff has been a great experience. Sue Henricks , the elder care consultant is professional, caring and gets what needs to be done in a professional and prompt manner! Jill and Dan have been helpful and responsive . We have had multiple issues going on at the same time with our family . It has been a blessing to work with this firm. PIeri and Jason have been conscientious and helpful throughout the process.
She and her staff where really helpful in untangling the mystery of setting up a Trust Account that would be acceptable to the State of Florida Dept. of Social Services to keep my father in a nursing home and get him into the Medicaide Program.
Unsatisfactory experience. Regret getting involved with them, a waste of time and money. Looking back we were vulnerable due a family illness and because of the difficulties of the pandemic. Lesson learned.
I had a very unsatisfactory experience with this firm. Poor communication and few positive results for exorbitant fees. We hired them when my wife Liliane became ill. Had to pay them $18,000 upfront for a one year contract. After less than two months they canceled the contract but kept the $18,000. Caring for my wife was now all on us. What I learned quickly was how unnecessary their "elder care team" was. Caring for my wife was much easier without their involvement by dealing directly with the nursing home. Communication now was excellent. Despite thorough care from the nursing home and later hospice my wife's condition deteriorated. She lost her battle in January and I look back greatly regretting hiring this firm. I received no condolences from Burzynski Elder Care when my wife passed away. Just awful. I would absolutely not recommend them.
