Brittany Panter brings extensive litigation experience to the team. Brittany’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation, from initial claim assessment through trial. Born and raised in Miami, Brittany’s affinity for litigation was cultivated early on, influenced by her father who is a Miami-based attorney and the founding partner of a civil litigation firm.
She graduated with honors from the University of Miami School of Law, and was a member of the Trial Team. She began her career on the east coast of Florida, in the personal injury and property damage field. She moved to the west coast of Florida in 2017 and has continued to represent clients throughout Florida.
During her years as a litigator, she has successfully helped hundreds of clients with their insurance claim disputes, establishing coverage for losses and secured payments for property and personal injury related damages.
Brittany has recovered millions of dollars on behalf of her clients and has focused her legal career on fighting insurance companies throughout the State of Florida.
In her free time Brittany enjoys being with her family and herd of animals. She is an avid equestrian and yoga instructor.
