Brandon represents individuals and families in all aspects of estate planning, with an emphasis on drafting and executing tax-efficient plans and strategies to transfer wealth across generations. He has provided legal counsel to an array of clients, including charitable organizations, closely held businesses, CEOs and other corporate officers, fellow lawyers, physicians, and even politicians and professional athletes. Moreover, he handles foundational estate planning (wills, revocable trusts, durable powers of attorney, advance directives/healthcare surrogate designations, living wills, etc.), probate & trust administration, elder law, real estate law, and guardianship.
Before earning his J.D. from the University of Toledo College of Law, Brandon graduated magna cum laude from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in both political science and journalism. As a member of the Ohio Wesleyan University men’s golf team, he was recognized as a scholar athlete. During law school, he worked as an intern in the Office of the Ohio Public Defender and as a judicial law clerk in the Toledo Municipal Court. After law school, Brandon and his wife moved from Ohio to Naples, Florida.
An involved member of the Southwest Florida community, Brandon has served on the board of directors for the Foundation for the Developmentally Disabled, Inc., now known as STARability Foundation, a non-profit corporation that provides assistance and support to individuals with special needs and their families. He’s also served on the community advisory board for Avow Hospice, Inc., a non-profit corporation that provides care to seriously ill individuals. Brandon is a member of The Florida Bar, the Collier County Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. Additionally, he is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Southern, Middle, and Northern Districts of Florida.

He’s also been named a “Legal Elite Up & Comer” by Florida Trend magazine and a Top 40 Under 40 Trusts & Estates Lawyer in Florida by the American Society of Legal Advocates. He is currently obtaining an LL.M. in Taxation from Georgetown University Law Center.
On the weekends, Brandon is likely to be found spending time with his family and friends on the golf course, on the water, or in front of a television watching sports (especially the Chicago Bears).
