About Mr. Antonio J. Perez-Benitoa

Antonio J. Perez-Benitoa has served the Naples and Southwest Florida legal community for over 36 years. His career includes experience as a magistrate in Collier County’s 20th Judicial Circuit, providing him with a unique perspective on judicial decision-making. Before establishing his firm, he was an associate at Faerber, Hissam, Cliff & Perez-Benitoa from 1993 to 1998 and at Paulich, O’Hara, and Slack from 1988 to 1993. Tony is a Florida Bar Board-Certified Marital and Family Law Attorney and a Florida Supreme Court Certified Family Law Mediator. His extensive background in mediation and litigation allows him to assist clients in resolving complex family law matters effectively. His understanding of the judicial process and negotiation strategies enables him to guide clients toward informed legal decisions.

In addition to his legal practice, Tony is actively involved in the community, volunteering as a high school golf, soccer and football coach and participating in organizations such as the Collier County Volunteer Lawyer’s Project and the American Heart Association. His dedication to both his clients and the local community reflects his commitment to making a positive impact.
