A. Eric Anderson, P.A. is a law firm with an office in Naples, FL. At this office location, there is 1 lawyer practicing wills, trusts, estate planning and 2 other areas of law.
Mr. Anderson prepared a trust, wills and POAs for my husband and myself. He was very responsive to all my queries and offered much valuable information that I hadn't even thought about. He and his staff were courteous and prompt in replying to my calls and emails. We are very satisfied with the work he has done for us.
Mr. Anderson was hired by my mother to handle her estate after her death. My mothers estate was very small and simple, less than $100,000.00, My mother passed on March 28 of 2015 and still the estate is not completely settled. He does not return phone calls and when on the one occasion he did he was condescending and flippant. The money is not life changing to any us children, however the fact that my mothers estate is paying him to be lazy and rude is frustrating
