Thomas Laz filed a small claims complaint in DuPage County when both the Plaintiff and the Defendant are in Cook County. To make matters worse, he had a process server deliver an invalid Summons to court with a court time and date in DuPage County Courts. The defendant arrived to find that the summons was invalid. It is unethical and disturbing that Mr. Laz would issue invalid summons to try to intimidate the defendant.
