Simple Hague Convention case. He told us we had a chance, but didn't. If we had known then what the case was actually about, we never would have tried. But, he didn't tell us that. All he did was rack up about a $18,000 bill! Then, after finding that they charged us too much per hour, they went back and revised the bill. However, they "miraculously" found additional charges to not only cover any credit we should have received, but also ended up with a balance of $85 due! How can that be legal?

No Hague case is simple.You knowingly withheld crucial facts from me that came out of your child's own mouth at trial. I would have given different advise had you not done this. My fees were fair and reasonable & far less than the other side's. Godspeed.

All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
