Working with this lawyer Nicolas Jerdewas a complete disaster. He or his assistant doesn’t return calls. While he was taking my case, I was fired from my job and when I contacted him he said that it was natural that they would fire me. Everything he said he did the complete opposite and he doesn’t honor his word. Not only was I fire and I was compensated for being fire no future earning and he laughed and joke wit the other attorney as if they was the best of buds. I don’t know about the other lawyers, but as far as Nickolas I wouldn’t recommend him or this firm.
Worst every if you want nothing done and to be preyed on by Luis Magana making sexual remarks and advances go hire this clown. He will block your calls so you cant call him or the main office. If you call off a different number all of a sudden your calls go through.
These Attorneys Will Be Under Extreme Investigation Once My Complaint is Received. They Lie Constantly and are Greedy. At all times they are trying to undercut you. I fired my Attorney for not doing his Job. Willard Hemsworth III never settled my case as I asked numerous of times, he lied and said my claim had numerous offers and it didn’t, once I fired him he added an additional fee of $2,078.08 on top of the 33.3% which wasn’t apart of what we agreed upon. Not only does the fee just come out the blue; he’s still yet to explain this ignorance fee by providing a breakdown as he was supposed to. This company sits at the table with shady associates. I could never be attached to anything like this but what they reap they most definitely will sow
