Covert Law Firm is very aggressive and gives you complete satisfaction for your representation. I needed that kind of service when my mortgage company started sending me threatening letters of foreclosing my property. I hired Sadia G. Covert as my attorney but as a first timer I wasn't sure. She talked to me and went over the whole process of foreclosure. She did not promise me which I can understand but as time went by I found her very aggressive with mortgage company and updated me regularly.
Sadia was incredibly helpful in explaining the foreclosure process, and my options at the time. Her patience and understanding went a long way to helping ease my mind.
It cost my family $7,000 to get the exact same results as if we did nothing at all. There was no benefit whatsoever to his hiring. Brian Covert: Did not turn over paperwork despite being requested to four times. Did not return phone calls. Did not know the sale date of the property. Did not offer any advice as to alternative courses of action despite my requesting such console repeatedly during the TEN+ month case. {para}I have e-mail evidence of these claims. BEWARE. Hire another or save the money.
BEWARE!!!!! Brian Covert was hired to handle a deed in lieu of forclosure for us, after taking $3200, we not only didn't get what he was hired for, we got ignored, not informed and he wouldn't remove himself from the case so I could get information myself on LOSING MY HOME! {para}He was notified by the lawyer that our home was going to be sold a month before and NEVER TOLD US! We found out a few days before Christmas and our home was being sold the next business day after the new year! He messed up from the 1st day by filing an answer on our behalf to the wrong case. BE VIGILANT IN KNOWING EVERYTHING HE IS DOING SO YOU DON'T END UP LIKE US. ... I could have used that $3200 to help relocate now that we are out of everything we worked so hard to keep! {para}This experience changed my view of attorneys from this point on. I know they are not all alike but.... I will not trust another to easy!
