Office help personnel were unpleasant at times.
Had consulted him for a bankruptcy and he seemed very friendly and eager to help. But he seemed somewhat disorganized and needed the same information multiple times. And he was not proactive in providing updates and status. Then he all of a sudden stopped responding. Not sure if there was an emergency or some other issue, but I had a time critical legal responses that needed to go out and was left in a seriously tough spot because of this. I hope he is OK, but I would steer clear.
