I had the unfortunate experience of being injured at my place of work. After enduring 2 spinal fusion surgeries i decided to inquire some legal assistance. I combed the web reading lawyer bios and came across David's. I was impressed with his mission statement. I sent a e-mail to his office and received an immediate reply. We set up an appointment and discussed my case. I was very sure after a few minutes that David was the man i wanted to represent me. He was honest and upfront with all the legalities. He never gave me any false impressions of what to expect. Through out my case he was informative and patient explaining what to expect. His faith in Lord also was very calming. As I am also a Christian..I was shocked at how "smooth" my case went. I truly believe it was a direct result of David's knowledge of the workers compensation laws. In the end he negotiated the best result possible in the guidance of the law for my particular case.. I am very thankful to him and his staff!
