I contacted Coombs & Dunlap for a consultation about whether or not they could help me set up an LLC as I became a consultant. I spoke with Brian for half an hour about the types of work he would do for me, and chose to not pursue hiring him. They are billing me for the 30 minute consultation call! No one else I spoke to, across accountants and attorneys, billed for a "how we could work together" call. Total rip-off.
