Mitchell Jeffrey Canter : fails to communicate, does not actively represent you in court, and sends others who are inattentive, one sat next to me on his phone looking at articles while judge was talking it severely undermines my ability to get a fair outcome. The fact that I had to advocate for my self and file my own motions it’s not my responsibility a lone I just tried to guide myself the best I can . Due to his lack of assistance and the fact that ; He assured me and verbatim said , ” You will not lose your daughters,” followed by losing custody of one already. understandably adds to my frustration and sense of betrayal. I walked out I couldn’t understand what just happened and he wasn’t in person to help me through this difficult situation then said , “ because you walked out they gave him “ custody “ . I walked out because I was attacked and felt overwhelmed and my lawyer said nothing just stood quiet on the phone mind you not even with me in person .
