I was referred to Mr. Cohen by my Realtor. At first I was a bit wary of having a referral from my Realtor BUT Mr. Cohen and his staff were such a blessing to deal with. I hired him for a real estate closing in the State of New Jersey. I'm in the same business of real estate closing but for the State of New York and therefore needed the services of an attorney for the State of New Jersey. The entire transaction went smoothly. Mr. Cohen was very responsive to ALL of my emails and phone calls and when I say ALL I mean more than 100s of emails back and forth. The transaction took a couple of months but in no way at fault by Mr. Cohen, all delays were due to the Seller and the slow recovery of companies due to COVID. The fee quoted was the exact fee paid at the end of my services. All in all, I will be using Mr. Cohen in the future and I've already sent recommendations to my family and friends for any real estate transaction for the State of NJ. Thank you Mr. Cohen and staff.
He is an excellent lawyer. Quite knowledgeable
