Tayler Yett is the newest associate attorney at HMH and is admitted to practice before all courts in the state of Idaho. Her primary areas of practice include municipal law, land use, planning and zoning, real estate development, employment law, commercial litigation, business formation, and civil litigation. She is a member of the Idaho State Bar, Young Lawyers Section, the Idaho Women Lawyers Association, and the Idaho Municipal Attorneys Association.
In 2021, Tayler received her juris doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law. While in law school, she spent her first summer as a legal intern for the law firm of Morris, Bower & Haws where she was able to work on various aspects of civil litigation. Following her internship with MB&H, Tayler spent the next two years working under her limited license as a deputy prosecutor for the Canyon County Prosecutor’s Office in the criminal division.
For over two decades, Tayler and her family have been part of the Canyon County community. She attended Nampa Christian Schools for primary and secondary education, followed by her undergraduate studies at Northwest Nazarene University. As a proud daughter of a local dairy farmer, she is passionate about serving the people and small businesses within the community and giving back to the place that she calls home.
Outside of the law, Tayler enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, watching awful reality television, and coaching volleyball for Idaho Crush Volleyball Club.
