Hired Attorney Aaron L. Seable

I had been needing an attorney for quite some time but just did not know how to select one. My brother in a different state needed one here in order to set up powers of Attorney for our parents and called Aaron. I decided to use him also. Immediately Aaron was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to.... and he helped fill in answers to the many questions I had dealing with power of Attorney for father, new will for me, power of Attorney for me plus he dealt quickly and without hassle to me in response to a person hassling me. It feels so very good to have Aaron near when I have questions, need legal work done etc. It's been a long time since I've felt totally legally secure.

My friend is in a legal jam (successor trustee of a defective Trust)! Mr. Seable showed her what to worry about and what not to worry about. One: Probate the troubled estate and trust in Caldwell, Idaho District Court. Two: Don't worry about the troublesome heir's action in Kissimmee, Florida and the County Court because the heir seeks land in Florida that the trustee, acting on the Grantor-Decedent's defective Trust, intends to give the heir. And three: The Grantor's defective trust (i.e., missing an adequate and legal identification of the Grantor's Florida property) can be cured in the Caldwell, Idaho District Court with the Grantor's Pour-over Will. Wow! What a simple inexpensive remedy! No litigation necessary in Florida or Nevada (i.e., where the Grantor's second gift of land to his son and heir is located); only litigation in Canyon County Idaho the Grantor-Decedent's domicile and where the trustee lives. Mr. Seable is not a mere a lawyer but a counselor! Thank you Counsel!
