Hamilton Harrison & Mathews is a law firm established in 1902 with . At this office location, there are 20 lawyers practicing construction law, general practice, alternative dispute resolution and 51 other areas of law.
We have worked on various private equity transactions across multiple funds, i.e. US$40m Aureos East Africa Fund and US$400m Aureos Africa Fund. We have also worked with him in the disposal of US$20m Acacia Fund whose assets were sold to another emerging markets institutional investor, which has since taken him on as legal counsel.
Paras is by far our preferred counsel for the team based in East Africa. Our investees generally develop an ongoing relationship with him.
