For more than 30 years Thomas C. "Tommy" Brittain has assisted clients throughout the Grand Strand area with their legal matters. Firm founder Tommy Brittain was designated by The New York Times as a Super Lawyer from 2007 to 2010.

Hired Attorney Thomas C. Brittain

First I knew his Dad, Big Tom, a minister in the Methodist Church. Big Tom always exemplified Love and charity for his fellow man in my encounters with him. Then I was privileged to know Tommy Brittain, Attorney. He is like his Dad.. Tommy is at the top in law, competence, and caring for his clients. He is both charismatic and genuine which translates into an amazing presence in Court I would want and trust Mr. Brittain in any legal matters. He is a true mensch and the best lawyer.

Hired Law Firm

Preston Brittain saved my life. Charged with a felony crime I did not commit, he never stopped fighting for me and was found not guilty of all charges. Everyone at the firm was extremely helpful during this ordeal.

Hired Law Firm

They will literally send you a bill a year and half later asking for money. They are absolutely ridiculous. Could never even get in contact with Case, I'd have to message him 100 times. Was constantly lied to, but this bill I received a year and a half later was the icing on the cake. Will be letting everyone know this is how they treat their clients.
