I worked with Justin Stout on a legal matter that took several months to get it completed. From the start to end they kept me in the loop and answered all my emails in a timely matter as well as returned phone calls. They worked with me money wise allowing me to make payments and keeping me and mostly.. they helped me understand exactly what was to be expected and answered all my questions... sometimes more than once. If need be, they would be the first lawyer I would contact in the future for any other legal matters.

I’m sure the attorney here is knowledgeable and capable, but unfortunately, we were never able to speak with him directly. His assistant, Daniel, was extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband and I called seeking legal advice and representation for a protective order — a serious and time-sensitive matter — but Daniel refused to let us schedule a consultation or even speak with the attorney. Instead, she attempted to explain the law herself, dismissing our concerns and ultimately hanging up on us. We weren’t looking for legal advice from a gatekeeper — we were trying to retain an attorney. It’s disappointing and frustrating to be denied access to professional counsel because of an assistant who seems more interested in control than client service. We sincerely hope the attorney is made aware of how potential clients are being treated. We’ve since found representation elsewhere.
