He was very knowledgable. He did a great job in explaining process and handling case. But he does not have full time assistant to answer phone calls if he is not in the office.
Mr. Potts was hired in July of 2025 to contest a divorce. He created the documents but never served the other party. Needless to say, 6 months later, nothing has happened. Doesn't return phone calls and has excuses for everything.
I went to see him In June 09 to file Bankruptcy. I was told if I paid 200 a month it would take 6 months to file. My son sent me the money all of it to pay him the following week. I did not get it filed before the following May 2010 . He refused to answer calls, kept asking for more and more paper work and finally filed when I said I would report him to the bar. Other people with different lawyers had their bankruptcy finished in 2 months
He will not return calls and ignores you for months. First excuse was that I didnt have his mobile. Even though I called his office and left multiple messages. Now when I call his mobile, his vm is full. Or at least that the message he has set up when he declines my call. I gave him 1500.00 February 23, 2023 to contest my wifes will. Open and shut. He's sent me nothing in the mail and won't return calls. When I confronted him about not returning calls he told me he was going to charge me 400.00 per hr more. Then told me I needed a girlfriend or someone to hold my hand. Last call I had he threatened to file a police report against me for harassment. Told me to come get my file because he's done with me. It took 12 calls before he answered. Sent the 1st 11 calls to his prerecorded message that his vm was full. I'm going to file a complaint with the Oklahoma Bar. I'm going to try to contact his other clients that he mislead like he did me. There are way more than there should be.
