I practice law every day, and if there was an 11 to 1 jury vote to spare a 22 year old mans life I could not imagine over ruling the jurys decision. Shameful inhumane decision that will be his legacy.

Jeff Hood, Smith’s spiritual adviser, was in the death chamber when Smith was killed.
