The worst attorney for complicated divorce. i hired this attorney back in August 2020. After separation my HUSBAND was trying to rush and sell the house and make me sign a quit claim. i hired this attorney since she was really convincing during the consultation. My husband's attorney arranged a emergency hearing regarding sale of the property. i was fine selling the house but wasn't agreeing to the term where i have to sign the QUIT CLAIM and i also wanted our agent to be changed since our agent tried to intimidate me to agree on selling the property when i was not ready to sell. To my horror Diane told me a week before my hearing to agree to whatever the opposing counsel wants as i don't stand a chance in the hearing. i changed my attorney within 2 days n i won the hearing and which i was told i won't win by DIANE. i also got my divorce done without trial all thanks to new attorney. don't waste your time on this attorney.
Contacted Attorney Joshua Pincus to hire their services on 9/11/2023. Explained opposing party had filed on 8/16/2023, but didn't serve us until 9/10/2023. He said it was urgent to get a response done and prepare for mediation. I said we wanted quote for both response and representation in court, and a quote for just representation in court. Quoted us $5,500 for both response and representation, and said he would get a quote for just representation the next day because it was after hours. Attorney Pincus then asked us to email all the court related docs so he could go over it. I email the docs the next day and ask questions. Don't hear back. Emailed more docs and ask when is he going to respond. No response. It has been over a week and he still has not responded. Don't trust this law firm to care about your situation or work for you in a timely manner.
