I was in despair with no hope left. I decided to take a chance and boy did it pay off. Not only did this law firm win my case but they worked very hard and kept great communication with me. They are a busy firm but they always make sure that everything is filed on time. One less worry for me. The attorney was very understanding and guided me with patience and I felt like he truly cared. He loves what he does, you can see that. Staff was helpful and patient as well. I highly recommend!!!

Look no further. You have found the right attorney. My situation was not particularly unique, but the plaintiff was on an emotional crusade. Mr. Tripathi aggressively responded to every action taken by plaintiff's attorney.. It soon became obvious that to pursue their case was going to be very dubious and increasingly expensive and the outcome more and more questionable. As a result, they threw in the towel before getting too deeply into the litigation. Thank you Dan.

Attorney Daniel J. Tripathi, did a great job representing me at least 500 miles away. Hear this, I already had a warrant which I did not know until one day the DMV informed me about it. I found him on the Lawyer Referral Service of the Riverside County Bar Association. Because of the distance, I never met him in person but when I talked to him on the phone and gave details of my case, his professionalism and knowledge of the law made me feel confident that I had the right person for my case.

I have retained three criminal law attorneys in the past, Daniel Tripathi has been the most satisfactory and would recommend him with absolutely no reservations for any criminal law case.
