Hired firm because the building we leased had massive water penetration, finally causing us to need to vacate, as ceiling tiles began falling to ground, water poured through lighting causing fire hazards, walls wet, and the roof continued to leak/flood the inside of our building. Some of his other (legitimate) Google reviews read the same as mine. Some of his 5 star reviews seem to be from friends and fellow organization members in an attempt to raise their rating. Not only was our case not important at all, Mr. Tom Winslow never even answered the attached letter (posted on Google) sent by myself and daughter. Our case was left hanging. No one ever got back with us after stated "negotiations" with landlord. Horrible services! Mr. Winslow took our money and ran, with zero desire to help. 5,000 plus 350.00 consult fee (billed twice) for one letter to be drafted. Many fraudulent charges to eat up the 5,000 retainer, which they did. I truly believe this firm needs to be investigated.
