I started my green card process with Wilner & Associates in November 2021, hoping their expertise would streamline the application. Unfortunately, my initial application was delayed due to missing requirements—something I thought I was paying a lawyer to ensure was done correctly. Throughout the process, I lost track of how many different people managed my case, and transitions were rarely communicated. Several times, I emailed for updates only to find out much later that the person handling my case had left or my emails were going to spam due to their “system upgrade.” If you choose this firm, be prepared to actively manage your case and follow up regularly. I didn’t feel support or informed on the process. Even after paying an extra $750 (plus copying and mailing fees) for an extension on my work permit, I had to constantly chase down updates to avoid a gap in employment. While they’re prompt when it comes to billing, unfortunately, I didn’t feel the same urgency regarding my case
They highly advertise about how they communicate closely with their clients. They preach they get back to you within 24 hours no matter what. They will tell you that's what separates them from others. (just listen to the recording while you on hold, You would be on hold for hours or days unless the call get disconnected). We are trying to get a refund from them! its been more than six months. They haven't done a single thing other than to took my money and run. I am planing to complain
