For over a decade, Robin happily served as a Public Defender in Twin Falls, Idaho before relocating to her home state of Utah.

As a Public Defender, Robin handled cases ranging from misdemeanors to felonies and from child protection to juvenile justice. She excelled at motion practice (especially motions suppressing the state's evidence) and at negotiating favorable resolutions for her clients.

Now in Salt Lake City, Utah, Robin is able to leverage her personal experience with and insights into the challenges of divorce and co-parenting to the benefit of her clients. Her personal experience, along with her training in basic and family mediation, helps her look for ways to reduce conflict, maximize value, and soften the blows of hard life changes for her clients and their families.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
