It grew quickly into a successful practice which has served the citizens of Cherokee, Clay, Graham and Macon Counties for over 30 years. Located in downtown Murphy, just blocks from the Cherokee County Courthouse. Bata Law Office, P.A., provides a full range of legal services for individuals and businesses. Hired Attorney Scott Mello

This attorney spends more time extending your consultation with unrelated stories about who knows what and at a rate of $300 per hour. I spent 1 hour and 40 minutes listening to an hours worth of unrelated stories about his office air conditioner, etc. and was billed for two hours. Stay away from this office. A waste of your money and time.
