I’ve been waiting since February for him to do his job and get me divorced. He hasn’t even filed the paperwork with the court, won’t return my emails text or phone calls. Won’t refund me my money after he MADE me pay him up front. Slim bag lawyer would not use at all!

He took my $5,000 and let my husband's attorney do all the work. Draft and file Marital Dissolution Agreement – didn’t do. Attend hearing to obtain Final Decree of Divorce; file any applicable local court forms necessary to finalize divorce – didn’t do. Draft and file Qualified Domestic Relations Order – didn’t do. He was extremely unprofessional and completely unhelpful. I basically did all the talking in the consultation meeting. I only knew what was going on in my divorce because of my husband's attorneys who did an excellent job for him. I did my own negotiating. Tim did nothing for me but got paid $5000 for doing next to nothing. He said he was going to refund some of my money but never did. The business person who referred him to me was shocked and embarrassed by his behavior. She was also shocked
