Kirk represented my family in one of the most egregious, frivolous civil lawsuits ever to be allowed into the courts. Kirk got the case dismissed without us ever having to step foot inside the court room...much in part do to with the baseless claim against us...and more importantly, his vast knowledge and wisdom in navigating the annoyance of that suit ! I highly recommend Mr Catron for legal issues!! He may be a "man of few words", but He Really gets the job done...just Listen to what he says regarding the steps you'll take. As you can see from other reviews, Kirk is not a very good person. He is willing to lie his way through anything just to serve his own nefarious goals. I have personally seen him lie to police! Stay away!
I would suggest you search his name in the Tennessee Board of Professional Responsibility. I wouldn’t trust this guy to check my mail. Then Google his name and the word “arrest”. These are the type of lawyers the state allows to represent people in difficult circumstances.
**A grand jury indicted Murfreesboro attorney Kirk Catron in May 2025 on five felony counts. Furthermore, Kirk Catron of Murfreesboro TN has been disciplined multiple times by the TN Board of Professional Responsibility and is currently under investigation for multiple misconduct violations. I recommend anyone who has had issues with him to file a complaint with them. I promise you, you aren’t alone. After my experience with him as a client, I know the damage this man is capable of. He is a threat to his clients, the legal profession, and his community. The State of TN should be ashamed and held accountable for allowing him to practice law this long knowing his past history.
Not helpful in my case, actually made my nightmare of a divorce worse. Wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy.
JERK not Kirk & LIAR not lawyer. His public records show he was disciplined by TN Board of Professional Responsibility for his misconduct, also I had to file another complaint against him for being such a JERK, very rude, and LIAR as devil. He is the WORST & Highly NOT Recommended.
