Jay B. Jackson is a lawyer. Jay B. received a B.S. degree from Middle Tennessee State University in 1991, and has been licensed for 32 years. Jay B. practices at Mitchell & Mitchell in Murfreesboro, TN.
I have a very complicated case. Jay has been not only responsive for me, but compassionate. He has accommodated our needs even though we have struggled. He has really been supportive to us and gone the extra mile. I feel that others reviewing here simply dont understand law or business. It would be impossible for a lawyer to service everybody at the best of their ability, and also pick up the phone at their will. Thats why you talk to his assistant. I think her name is Alyssa. This girl is a doll! Shes so sweet. Just a pleasant voice to hear and each time I have called she has left my messages and Jay has responded promptly within his abilities. This guy is not a crook. He's busy. But he has been very supportive and understanding for us even though we dont have a lot of money and our case is a big challenge. I would 100% reccomend him. Thanks Jay, and alyssa!
I had a great experience with this attorney and would highly recommend his service. He is very helpful, responsive, and an overall great lawyer.
Horrible excuse for a lawyer. Firm is no better as they live off what the Father and founder built back when it meant something in a small town. They're a joke now feeding off wills and probate from elderly people remembering the firm from decades past. Jay Jackson himself is a disgrace to the bar association as he will absolutely lie and mislead you to cover his tale. I can only hope the Tennessee Bar and Board of Professional Responsibility hold him accountable in the malpractice action pending. This guy is a used car, snake oil salesman.
Absolutely unresponsive, unprofessional attorney. Has zero interest in your case, does not stay on top of things and seems clueless when he does show up. Doesn't take timely action during his occasional disappearances and will cost you tons of money with lack of effort, knowledge and action. So bad we had to report to the State Bar and Board of Professional responsibility. Avoid this firm, who's reputation was built on the father now basically retired, but avoid this guy at all costs, especially ladies.
He will bite off more than YOU can chew just for a buck. He will dig your hole deeper and deeper. I know because he represented my the someone I was going against. I won my case because he’s greedy, has a napoleon complex, is very unprofessional, creepy, and an over inflated ego. If you want someone that will make you look as bad as him. Look no further.
He’s a bad lawyer and a worse person. Do not hire him if you want a reliable lawyer that cared about his clients.
Jay Jackson is a thief. He took our money then bailed. Apparently it is common knowledge he is a creep and makes people, especially women uncomfortable always referring to them as "females". I would rather have anyone in the world represent me than him. He has a terrible temper as well.
super creepy guy that we fired pretty early on when we realized he was not gonna do any work after he got our check
