The consultation went well. The layer was knowledgeable and explained it well to me. I still may require a lawyer in the future, and if so, I will inquire to hire her.
Mr. Thomas is an excellent and highly capable attorney supplemented by a knowledgeable well organized office staff.
He was awful! Everything he said he would do he didn’t! What was most important to me didn’t matter to him! Ghosted ignored neglected never heard included or informed. All my rights liberties justice I had none he took that along with my POA He watched me and my life fall apart and was my POA and never protected me he hurt me! Misuse and abuse of POA disability abuse obstruction of justice conflict of interest fiduciary duties violated all my rights violated. Slander defamation fabricated documents he participated in altering and tampering with my medical records. Destroyed my reputation sent me more brokenness me when I was already broken! Waited for help that was never coming
Several of us went to hire Russell Thomas and he sounded so Zella’s and caring and confident we signed. In the beginning he was responsive then no reply no returned calls no emails. It’s frustrating not knowing what happened why he ignoring us? What’s happening with our case? Handed us over to his paralegal or office manager like we were important he didn’t have time for us! It was very hurtful why doesn’t he care anymore 4 of us same lawsuit said had ample help made us feel worse ample help and we don’t get any?! Had to keep asking about our case he wouldn’t reply guess we’re not even worth an answer! We ended up settling Pennie’s on the dollar wish he fought harder he didn’t really stand up for us like he knew the people we were sueing and didn’t fight hard enough or maybe he lost his zest and strength cuz we didn’t see any and made ya feel not worthy of his time
Awful and incompetent! He needs to retire! Lost my case and my Trust in him! He says he can But he can’t I feel so betrayed! He can’t handle clients that are Emotional or I. Shock or trauma No compassion. Sorry I am Latino I feel and express myself and felt He had no compassion no empathy No skills! Fakes it good!
Awful experience! Wish i never went there! first meeting went good after that it went downhill fast! he didnt care had no zest lack of communication and wasnt included felt like hidden from me! he disnt do what said he would! he didnt treat me with the care, and concern a top lawyer should do. I felt ignored and ghosted and neglected
No commpassion No Zeal No Integrity NOT a man of his word! I wish i never met him he made everything worse! Horrible experience that will haunt me for years! He left a mess that will take years to repair the damages done. He will ghost you ignore you neglect you without a care!
I was surprised to see all these 5 stars. Most are 6 years old. He is not a 5 star Anymore! My mother and I used him He was wonderful till we signed then Where did he go? Mine and my moms Case falling apart. You shouldn’t be allowed to keep only 5 Star reviews 4. Or. 5. Or. 6. Or 7 years Be real and honest we want to read the Real reviews looks like he deleted them And went back 10 years searching for the Few5 stars amongst the many 1 2. 3 stars Cuz your not 5 star or 4 star average 2.5 star Be real and honest don’t lie pretend your Something your not! Instead of putting reviews Over 6 years old pretending your a five why don’t You get help or admit your not what u say you are You’re a joke! You betrayed my mom and me and Made us loose cuz of your incompetence! How ironic You took our Negligence case and you were more negligent than the company we were sueing!!
