This attorney shows clear bias in the courtroom. He is allowed by Juvenile Court to present inaccurate information, ask irrelevant questions, mock witnesses on stand and blatantly twist facts in attempts to change testimony. This attorney should be disbarred and is a clear waste of money. Due to being the main attorney for DCS, the ENTIRE system as well as the bench of the current presiding family court judge need to be investigated thoroughly for misrepresentation of critical evidence and prejudice resulting in gross negligence and child abuse on the part of the court, DCS and this attorney representing that institution. Mr. Booten is a disgrace to the legal system.
I did not receive the final judgement of my case. I did not receive my original documents back as promised and I did not receive any return communication from Brandon, to the point that I was on a first name basis with his receptionist and she still remembers me 4 years later trying to get my documents back.
