Very arrogant man!
I would not recommend this lawyer to anyone regarding any kind of case. He is sluggish. His communication couldn’t be worse. When the paperwork is drawn up and they are wrong you are at fault somehow. When he couldn’t pick up the phone to call or anything. He refuses to fix any paperwork that he has messed up. He drug my divorce case out long enough to try to pin me and my ex wife against each other to turn it into a contested divorce. We had the simplest terms and he could not get them right. It took me going up there to ask for my money back to get him to do anything.
Probably a nice enough guy outside of law but I was appalled by his representation. He dragged my case out for an extended period of time and let's just say he is about the money. Talked a big game when I hired him but his aggressiveness disappeared after that and he was like a mouse in court and seemed unprepared. Talked more about his fees than the actual case. I wouldn't personally recommend him.
This lawyer is very disrespectful, not organized, not keen on legal matters and I had to continuously chase after him (as my hired lawyer) to work on my case. He did not have a problem taking my money which is fine, but what is not fine is his sluggish, slow efforts to represent me properly in co There were several red flags that I ignored when he represented me. I didn’t have money to get another lawyer therefore I had to stick w/ him since I’d paid him some money up front. Red flags: His office looks like a hole in the wall cafe. His secretary was rarely in the office. His practice reminded me of a shabby family est’ment. As if anyone with no skills could be hired despite any real paralegal/secretarial training. He dragged my case due to his poor health, organization & upkeep. Obesity can affect your work skills poorly. If you value your money, your case & time I surely would not recommend him.
