Mason, Schilling & Mason Co., L.P.A., since its founding over 40 years ago, exclusively concentrates in the areas of creditor representation, in all aspects of commercial litigation, banking law, leasing law, bankruptcy law, and creditors' rights law.

We have developed a full service staff of attorneys in all aspects of representation to the credit granting community. Our legal services concentrate exclusively on representing creditors in all facets of legal representation concerning credit management and credit granting, commercial law, and bankruptcy law on behalf of the credit management community.

Further, of particular attention, is the providing of legal services to the banking and credit management community throughout the entire States of Ohio and Kentucky. Our attorneys appear in all State and federal courts in both states.

This is a non professional company, worst than a debt collector and doesn’t even know how to communicate and other jobs professionally. Even when you provide all the proper documents already. BEWARE!!

This is debt collector with a fancy law degree. They prey on the hard working people to enrich themselves. I would not recommend this office. Find a law office that decided not be a bottom of the barrel scumbags. They harass you and have terrible communication… AND THEY reached out to ME for money.

Hired Law Firm

This law office is basically a collection agency that harasses and attacks clients using medical bills from several years back. Then when you try to contact them and leave a message, they fail to call back, or do they? I guess their way of returning calls is to use an unlisted number and never leave the clients a message letting them know they returned the call. Their number shows up just the same as a telemarketer, why would anyone answer. Very Poor Business.
