Hired Attorney Brent Ruther

Brent Ruther successfully represented my siblings and I in a difficult family matter. During the process he kept us informed, explained legal 'stuff' so we could understand, told us what to expect from one step to the next, took the time to answer our questions, and anticipated the opposition's many delaying tactics. In court, Mr. Ruther was outstanding in his professionalism, research, and preparation.

I met with Sara when a friend recommended her to assist in an estate that I was an executor of. Since Sara was easy to work with we hired her for the private sale of our house. Will also be using her services for planning our estate.

She was always there to answer my question. I was able to develope an easy going relationship with her about my Dad's estate. She never made me feel that I should just understand all that was going on. She would allow me to take care of the things I could. She would handle all that I couldn't do without taking over. The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
