Hired Attorney Donald Wick

He may just be a public defender, and I was on the bad side of litigation, but more effort could have kept my name from being painfully, and irreversibly tarnished. My record will always give me trouble in the future, especially with finding employment of any high caliber.

Hired Attorney Donald Wick

This incompetent fool is principally a public defender practicing in a county where the judicial system is determined by inter-marriage between attorneys children and the judges children. He negotiated a plea deal with the prosecutor which I plead guilty to and then the judge did not follow the stipulation of the plea deal at all upon sentencing. Wick did not object, challenge or appeal the massive division between the plea bargain and the judges sentencing.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
