Roger represented me in a case involving a property purchase. I thought he was solid until we went to court. The person who sold us the property not only stole items from us, he has the gall to chop down a beautiful fully grown peach tree that was included in the sale of the home. we hired Roger on the advice of a local Realtor as we were from another state and new to the area. I regret having retained Roger Morgan, in my opinion he treated us shamefully unprofessionally and did not even bother to seek redress for the harm done to us by the former Home owner. I would not recommend Roger Morgan to Anyone. I do not trust him, and in my sincere opinion he completely failed us. I will go so far as to say I would not even recommend this guy to my worst enemy.
It is my opinion that Roger Morgan is such a menace to people, that he should be Disbarred in the state of Arkansas. My case was a nightmare, dragged on and on with no assertion whatsoever. The trial date a joke - he was more concerned with socializing. I lost thousands in a matter that should have been an easy negotiation. He couldn't negotiate his way out of a paper bag. In the end, he reneged on promises of conclusion, pretending it was never said and threatened to withdraw from the case. Once challenging his tone with verbatim recollection of the precise agreements and provided proof, he conceded and the case concluded. I wouldn't recommend him to my worst enemy. Real estate issue He dropped my case after accepting to represent me and after starting proceedings. Left me hanging!!! He "rewrote" an irrevocable trust, causing great stress and trouble for the heirs of the estate.
