Morgan is wonderful. He told me exactly what had to be done to win, and we did. Morgans assistant Tracy was not wonderful. She would not return phone calls or e-mails, and was very unfriendly.
There was always a delay in getting a response from his office. He took a rather passive approach to handling my case and in the end did not deliver on half of what he seemed so confident he could do when he was accepting my money.
very unorganized during our sons hearing. Did not fight for anything our son was trying to get. His communication skills are terrible. When I confronted him after my sons hearing on his lack of effort to rep my son well (my husband and I were paying for his services) he spoke very aggressively to me and then removed himself from the case. Now we get to start over with a new atty. He did NOTHING to help my son. Very unprofessional and uncaring.
