Ryan Schwartz is a dedicated attorney with a diverse background. He graduated from Winthrop University, where he excelled as a starting pitcher for the top 25 ranked Eagles. Following his graduation, Ryan gained international experience working in the Netherlands and Germany, focusing on lean manufacturing processes for a plastics manufacturing company. He then pursued his legal education at Charleston School of Law, where he served as President of the Federalist Society and was an active member of the Trial Advocacy Team, completing over a thousand hours of pro bono work at the Charleston County Public Defender’s office.
After passing the South Carolina Bar, Ryan partnered with his mentor, Bill Thrower, to establish Thrower & Schwartz Law Firm. Following Bill's untimely passing, Ryan founded Schwartz Law Firm, LLC. With extensive trial experience, he has successfully handled numerous jury trials, including serious criminal cases and family law matters. Outside of work, Ryan enjoys racing his Corvette, renovating homes, piloting planes, and spending time with his dog, Chipper. He is committed to providing personalized legal support, understanding the stress clients face during legal challenges, and striving for excellent outcomes.
