About M. Nolan Webb

Nolan Webb advocates for workers and their families, litigating mass torts, class actions and individual cases that seek to hold corporations accountable for unsafe work environments that cause life-threatening injuries and occupational diseases.

He is a member of the Motley Rice team representing homeowners in York County, S.C. who allege they have suffered intolerable pollution from the New-Indy pulp and paper mill. He represents workers and family members who were exposed to asbestos and developed life-threatening injuries. He also represents firefighters, their unions, and their families regarding PFAS exposures.

Following law school, Nolan clerked for Justice Kaye G. Hearn of the South Carolina Supreme Court. He then represented plaintiffs at a notable South Carolina medical malpractice firm, before joining Motley Rice.

While in law school, Nolan was awarded the Pro Bono Medal for his work at the Emory Volunteer Clinic for Veterans and inducted into the Order of Barristers for his leadership in the Emory Moot Court Society. He externed at the Federal Trade Commission and the Georgia Attorney General’s civil division.
