Our HOA had a horrible experience with Alpharetta, attorney office. I do admit, that Mr. **** did his job properly at the second meeting. but he did recommend someone to our first annual HOA meeting that did not do her job. Our community, had our annual meeting on Saturday, February 4th, 2023 at 2 o’clock. The attorney doing the meeting sat quietly without doing her job. Our HOA meeting was conducted without the 25% quorum. The following Monday, February 6, I called the attorney to let her know my concerns, she advised me against our Bylaws and breaking the laws. She would not admit that she had made a mistake and that she did not do her job. On March 6, I received a bill from the office requesting $1,069.50, for her silence and mistake. Our HOA had to conduct another annual meeting on Saturday, February 18, 2023, with the 25% quorum. We had another attorney attending that meeting. $1,069.50 for doing nothing, very disappointed.

Just awful. Unresponsive, rude. They overlooked multiple errors on the closing documents, missed the closing date by failing to schedule a mobile notary, and were unresponsive during closing when the lender tried to call with a question. I would never use this firm as a buyer or seller (or frankly, for any legal matters).

I was late on a homeowner's payment that was sent to this company. The company is hard to get in touch with. The phone number on the letter goes to a non- ringing line to leave a message. The have bad/ deceitful practices that are financially positive for them. The letters mailed give 10 days from when they write it. However, you will not receive it till the day before or after time (10 days) has passed. While they blame it on the mail system, they are aware of the issue and make no adjustment. They do not provide a way to pay online, and it is hard to get someone at the office to take a payment. If you mail a check, they just hold the check or mail it elsewhere and charge you more substantial fees. It is a game to get more and more money. For a 218.00 fee I have now paid 1,151.00 due to too poor business practices. It has taken consulting my own attorney to get this under control. And they have held a 600.00 check for over 1 month. I do not reccomend this company.

Conflict of interest, Complaint, at the first annual HOA meeting the attorney did not do anything but create conflict of interest. She was there to represent the board and help homeowners understand Covenants or Bylaws, but instead of her doing her job, she was given out her business card’s, telling homeowners to call and promoting her law farm to the homeowners that live in our community. Attorney, attending our annual meeting caused $1,069.50 for her just to promote her business.

Run, "Do not walk" if you are considering using Lueder, Larkin, and Hunter as your Association attorney. Our community is in the metro area and based on their performance the association should have terminated their agreement years ago. The filing of frivolous lawsuits makes the association an “ATM” machine for their firm. As a member, I would expect the law firm to ensure that the board adhered to the CCRs and the By-Laws; not this firm. They have offered to lower our fees if the board does not terminate their agreement. If they are willing to cut the fees that means they were high in the beginning they need to be fired. According to another reviewer they have done this before in their community.

Working with this firm has been one of the worse experiences of my life. It is hard to contact someone. Not trustworthy. Please stay away and if you encounter them record every conversation and write down everyone’s name. Keep all documentation.

This law firm is hired to provide services to our HOA in Lawrenceville, GA. But what they are actually doing is giving bad advice to the HOA board members, practically igniting a mini civil war between the board and the homeowners. Since Lueder was hired by the HOA, our legal expenses skyrocketed to the point that 20 percent of our HOA dues go to them. Our HOA members are finally in the process of fixing this problem, but Lueder lawyers are making it difficult to do so by misinterpreting the law and the HOA’s covenants. By filing frivolous lawsuits against homeowners like my household on behalf of the board, Lueder succeeded in turning our HOA into a cash cow for itself. We are determined to fix this problem by firing Lueder. As long as Lueder is not fired there will be no other agenda item to be discussed in a future meeting. I’m considering to contact the local media to investigate what Lueder has done to our community and perhaps other communities as well.

Lueder, Larkin & Hunter, LLC lawyer Mr. Kyle Jones and other affiliate would give you the worst and wrong justification of charging you extraneous amount of money. Do not get into their trap. They dot return phone calls and would treat you as their slaves
