Liked the use of the CD of all the closing documents we received.

Sold a property that HARVEY & VALLINI represented the buyer and had complaints of closing documents . They changed the deposited amounts 2000.00 higher than info furnished and computed daily rate incorrectly. As both was brought to their attention, their remark was to accept or cancel closing. Very unprofessional or ethical. they will not explain or apologize for the errors.

This is by far the worst law office to ever have for your closing attorney!!!! They never contacted us until 30 days after we contacted them!! That was two days after we had already decided to go with a real law office. They actually lied to the builder and said they emailed us several times!! That never happened and trust me, they could never produce and emails to us at all!! Do not hire this so called law office for your closing!! Read the reviews, if they are recommended, run away!!! The absolute worst at returning phone calls, voicemail or anything. Stay away, especially for real estate transactions of any kind!!

Just like the other reviews here ... they are the preferred attorney of Beazer, so we had to use them. H&V made a mess of the transaction - not just a single error, which can be forgiven, but multiple mistakes - on the simple sale of a new home. Shouldn't be that complicated. You need to avoid if you can!

Firm did not handle our closing professionally or competently. We were referred to this firm by the builder of our home, but the firm failed to deliver. Avoid firm at all costs.

We were forced to use the law firm for our closing by our builder, and man do we regret it... Closing day was pushed back because lender did not have title work from law firm. Then on closing day we sit in the lobby for almost an hour after our scheduled closing time. Staff seemed disorganized and unprofessional, and there were errors on the paperwork. Worst closing I've ever experienced...

I do not recommend closing with this law firm. We had a terrible experience using them for a closing. Delay after delay, attorney was unprofessional at the closing table, and staff was disorganized.
