Hired Attorney Mr. Dale Martin Savage

He never contacted the court for evidence after my DUI which resulted in my conviction. After receiving the letter of my conviction, I tried contacting him through phone calls, text messages and email without a response for 5 days. I had to take work off to speak with the Clerk of Court 2 different days and had to take another day off to go to the DMV after my Temporary License was suspended because of his incompetence. The DA called him for me before my 2nd trial after I had spent 2 days to have the sentence unsealed, he immediately answered and showed up to court 30 minutes later. I should've known to fire him when the DA told me, "we work with him all the time". Translation: he gives in to anything we say. When you can actually speak with him, it's all used carsalesmen type lies. I've been trying to contact him for over a month on another charge and have yet to hear back. After talking to actual trial lawyers, I now know he's a joke in the industry
