Very professional and personable. Ms. Whitten has compassion and is willing to run the distance. I would ABSOLUTELY work with her again. And I say this despite the fact we were unable to win my case through no fault of hers. Ms. Whitten gave more than due diligence; she encouraged me when I wanted to quit and pursued matters to the utmost.
She was pleasant and friendly but professional. She was thorough and efficient. I was pleased with her work and the fee required as it was very fair for the work completed. The will was finished in a reasonable time as promised.
She has experience in the few, and goes one-on-one with her clients.
She is one of the best, she knows her job well.
The only problem I had dealing with Ms. Whitten was that most communications between she and I were through her staff. Of course, she is a very good attorney - she no longer represents me, however, after I was denied twice on my disability case. I do intend to re-file, and pursue this once again - with a different lawyer, as I'm getting ready to move out of South Carolina.
